Prior Year Parents

The Bellevue Montessori School academic school year begins in early September and ends in mid–June. The summer program is offered in 3 three-week sessions.
Admission to the academic and childcare program is subject to a contractual commitment for the entire academic year.
Bellevue Montessori School does not charge an application fee, conduct fundraising, or require parent volunteer time.

The half day morning program is available to children turning 3 by December 31, but younger than 4 when school starts.

Academic Program Plus Childcare (Activity Club) 2013-2014

Activity Club at the Main Campus provides enrolled students before-school and after–school childcare on all school days (7:15 – 8:40 a.m. and 2:45 – 5:45 p.m.), and full-day care on certain school holidays.

Admission Requirements

Bellevue Montessori School welcomes all children. We do not discriminate with respect to race, creed, color, national origin, gender, age or physical ability.
Children must be turning 3 by December 31 when school starts in September.
Children must be toilet trained before beginning school.
Children must demonstrate a willingness to cooperate with the staff and other children and meet classroom expectations.

Registration and Enrollment

Registration for all children opens in January.
For new children, at least one parent must attend a tour of the school before registering for enrollment.
To register for enrollment, you must submit
- completed Online Registration Form,
- a completed Enrollment Contract, a completed Health Information Form, a completed Immunization Record, a completed Consent for Emergency Treatment and
- a deposit equal to 10% of the annual tuition (this payment is non-refundable).
- on or before May 1, submit:
  - an additional payment of 10% of annual tuition (this payment is non-refundable).

Tuition Payment Terms

Tuition is an annual charge to be paid in ten equal payments, due in its entirety regardless of absence due to illness, vacations, or any other circumstances. The payment schedule is as follows:
Payment #1 is due at registration.
Payment #2 is due May 1.
The remaining eight payments are due the first school day of each month from September through April.

Summer Program

A summer program is offered at the Pre-Elementary campus. It begins the Monday after the school year ends and runs for nine consecutive weeks. An engaging curriculum is selected and taught along with classroom Montessori lessons. Summer is a time to grow vegetables, enjoy outdoor playtime, create beautiful art and make new friends.
