Bellevue Montessori School is a beautiful school where I have enjoyed watching children develop independence, confidence, and academic skills for the past 25 years! I had the opportunity to begin my journey of Montessori philosophy as a teenager. My first job was at Eton School, where I assisted and supervised the afternoon extended care program and was a teacher's assistant during the summer. I received my Montessori teaching certificate from Northwest College for Montessori education and  studied English and Psychology at Western Washington University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Psychology. Teaching has brought me so much joy and satisfaction, along with raising my two beautiful daughters.  In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends, going on day trips around Washington State, and I try to find time to stay active and play. My happy place is sharing experiences with others, and I am thankful to spend my days doing what I love!
