I am originally from India and have been fortunate to call the beautiful Pacific Northwest my home for 24 years. I joined Bellevue Montessori in 2010. I am passionate about fostering a love of learning in young children. I hold a bachelor's degree in Arts and a diploma in Fashion Design from the University of Karnataka in India.

My journey into Montessori education began when I toured Bellevue Montessori School as a parent looking for the best environment for my daughter. The Montessori philosophy captivated me, prompting me to pursue an internship at Bellevue Montessori and earn my certification in early childhood education from MACTE. It gives me immense joy and satisfaction to guide children, nurture their independence, inspire curiosity, and support their overall development. Outside of teaching, I enjoy creative pursuits such as painting, sewing, embroidery, and spending quality time with family and friends.
