My name is Shoba Ramprasad. I moved to Seattle last year. My Montessori journey started when my two boys attended Navadisha Montessori School in Chennai, India. 

As a parent, I was invited to observe the children. I was fascinated by how organized the entire day was in the mixed-age classrooms and the planning and execution by the children themselves. All of these kindled my interest in becoming a Montessori directress. 

I finished the Associate Montessori Internationale ( AMI) certification course at Navadisha Montessori Institute, India. I worked for two years in India before moving to the USA. 

I enjoy spending time with children, love travel, shopping, listening to audio podcasts, and reading books.
